Alice in Wonderland

A brief project at university for the Penguin book cover competition. My cover incorporates an interactive wheel to simulate the illusion of falling down the rabbit hole. I took inspiration from the work of Bridget Riley and die cut album covers such as Led Zeppelin 3 which have interactive elements.

The XX

I am loving Islands by the XX at the moment. Coincidentally on wednesday, ex Trent student Phil from XL Recordings came to give a talk about the work they did for the XX. This involved the guerrilla campaign and record artwork.

Screen Fiends a massive success!

The evening really couldn't have gone much better! All of the designs were extremely popular and people bought printed multiple t-shirts. We also had some fantastic donations for our shop, selling cards, badges, handmade jewelry, prints... And most importantly we raised looadsa money! Big thanks to Alex Fawkes for helping the committee organise the event.
